Pursuant to the provisions of (EU) REGULATION 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement on such data [repealing Directive 95/46/CE] (hereinafter, the “RGPD”), PINA S.A., as data controller, informs you that the data collected will be used as follows:
-In the case of queries and suggestions, your data will be used exclusively to reply to your requests. The legal basis of this processing activity is the legitimate interest of the data controller. After said queries or suggestions are addressed, your personal data will be deleted after one month.
-In the purchase process, your data will be used to manage said process and any related incidents. The legal basis of this processing activity is maintaining the contractual relationship. Your data will be kept for the periods of time stipulated by the applicable tax laws, and may also be sent to the Spanish Tax Administration when so required by law.
-In the case of commercial communications sent to existing clients, in accordance with Recital 47 of the RGPD, the legal basis of the data processing activity is the legitimate interest of the data controller. If you do not wish to receive any commercial communications, you can inform us by sending an email to lssice@losan.es. We inform you that you may exercise your rights regarding the protection of your personal data at any time. These rights include: access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to its processing, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact the Data Protection Officer (LOSAN) at C/ Casares Quiroga, 9, 15008, A Coruña (Spain). You will need to provide proof of identity in accordance with the law. We also inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, if you consider that the processing of your personal data by the Controller has infringed the Regulation.
