The user shall use this website and its services in accordance with the Law and the provisions stated hereunder. Any User who wishes to use this website must first read and accept these Conditions of Use set by PINA, the owner of the website. The User is responsible for providing truthful personal data. The User shall not provide data with a fraudulent or misleading purpose nor use the website for commercial or advertising uses unrelated to PINA’s interests.
By using this PINA’s website, you agree not use it for the following purposes:

  • Disseminating information that is illegal, contrary to good faith and public order, or offensive to third parties.
  • Disseminating personal data (your own or a third party’s) related to any of these categories: health, racial or ethnic origin, sexual life, ideology, union affiliation, religion, personal beliefs, and administrative or criminal offences.

The Users that fail to comply with all or part of PINA’s conditions and rules of use may be deleted from the website and removed from its database, without being entitled to any compensation for this.

PINA shall take legal action against this type of activity, and also any improper activity or misuse of the website. PINA shall exercise all the civil and criminal actions applicable under the Spanish law.

PINA accepts no liability or responsibility for the User violating the aforementioned Conditions of Use. PINA shall not be liable for any of the opinions and/or information entered by the Users. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the information entered on the website by Company personnel (with the Company’s knowledge and permission) will be considered as information entered on behalf of PINA. Therefore, no part of this website may be reproduced or transformed, in any form or by any means, for commercial purposes or with profit-making intentions. PINA personnel will under no circumstances request your access data (username & password) via phone, email or in person; not even in the event of a technical problem. PINA personnel do not have access to your authentication data, as these encrypted data are stored in the system, in accordance with the law. Similarly, PINA will never request any money transfers, bank account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, or any type of financial information from you outside of the existing channels on the website for the purchase of services and products. In the event of receiving a request like this, you must refuse to provide your access data, as well as any other personal information, and notify PINA. You must never download software or click on any links sent by any user of the website. These activities are not authorised by PINA and could be a potential security threat to your computer.
