Yes, it is. We wanto to provide you the best experience to enjoy all the advantages of belonging to survara and its private area and that is why we require a registration before you finalize the purchase.
If you have made the purchase and have not received the confirmation email after a reasonable time, check your spam mailbox, if it is not there, contact us and we will send it to you again.
If you forgot your password for your survara personal area, you can reset it at any time from the user login page. If for any reason you cannot restore it or access to your private area, contact us and we will help you.
The shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your order and your geographical area. You will have this information in your shopping cart once you have selected the floor type, size and the number of boxes you need.
Due to the quality of our products, survara floors have a 15-year guarantee for brushed-pore floorings and 20-year guarantee for protected-pore floorings. You can find more details of our cobertures in our guarantee page.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit or debit card, PayPal, bank transfer or payment funded by other entities. All the information about each payment options is displayed during the checkout process.
Our transport agency will update the status of the order and will notify you with a delivery date. If the order cannot be delivered due to your absence, the order may be returned to the warehouse. However, in these cases, the carrier would leave a notice explaining where the order is and how to request another delivery attempt.

If you are not going to be home the day of the delivery from 9 am to 8 pm, you must contact us to request that the delivery is made another day.
